Keeping you safe (Covid-19)


02/04/21 – We are pleased to announce that we will be re-opening from 12pm Monday 12th April. Please be reminded that all previous procedures listed below will remain in place.

30/12/20 – The centre will unfortunately be closed for the 3rd lockdown. If you have paid upfront for an annual membership, we will freeze your memberships until the centre opens again. If you pay a monthly direct debit, you can choose to cancel this or become a Lockdown Loyalty Member by keeping up your payments to support the wall. Monthly memberships should receive an email from us with regards to your options. Should you not hear from us by then, please email

16/10/20 – We are feeling very lucky that gyms can now remain open in Lancashire. However, this means there are additional control measures in place to help us stay open, as well as adhere to government guidelines to help reduce the spread of the virus. We are asking all customers to:

Wear a face Covering – at all times within the centre, this includes moving around on the mats and between climbs. You DO NOT need to wear it whilst actually climbing.  The only other exceptions are if seated eating or drinking, and for those exempt (under 11 s and reasonable medical conditions that prevents you from wearing one).

Pay attention to our capacity – We have signage around the centre, which indicates the maximum number of people in each area. We often reach our full capacity during the week at our peak times around 7pm to 8pm which may mean you have to wait as we operate a 1 in 1 out system. This wait is usually no more than 10 to 15 minutes. We now have a pager system available to allow you to wait in your car should the weather be bad!

Symptoms – We please ask anyone who has symptoms or has been to a country on the quarantine list to not to visit the wall until they have finished self isolating.

Booking – Although there is no booking, we ask you to ensure you stay no longer than 2.5 hours in peak times.
