Kids summer holiday bouldering sessions

We have numerous options for those interested in climbing over the summer holidays.

If you are already enrolled on our junior programme and attend clubs we have drop-in sessions available here.

If you have no experience and are interested in giving bouldering a go, we have junior and family inductions available. Please look below for the relevent info. 

Ages 3-5

Can attend our Teeny Rockers sessions. Click here for more info and booking.

Can be supervised by a registered adult climber.

Ages 5-7

Can attend our drop in BUK Minis sessions after completing a junior induction. Click here for more info and booking.

Can be supervised by a registered adult climber.

Ages 8-13

Can attend our Bloc Masters clubs after completing an induction. Click here for more info and booking.

Can be supervised by a registered adult climber.

Ages 14-18

Can attend our drop in Bloc Masters clubs after completing an induction.

Can climb unsupervised supervised after completing a teen induction and completing competency form and parental consent.

Can be supervised by a registered adult climber.

Junior Inductions

Before attending junior clubs children must complete a junior induction. This ensures juniors will have the correct knowledge to safely take part in sessions and understand how to use a climbing wall.

You can find induction slots below, please click on the relevant age to find sessions.

Family Inductions

Alternatively If you are interested in getting the family climbing a family induction is perfect. An hour long session for up to 5 family members, one of which must be aged 18+.

After completion each adult aged 18+ can register with us and then sign two guests in perfect for visiting as a family or bringing the kids climbing.

To book a family induction please complete the booking form below, we will need to book instructors for family inductions, please allow 2-3 days for a response.

Summer Student First Visit Inductions (14-18)

If you are between the ages of 14-18 and are looking for a new fun and challenging activity over the summer holiday then bouldering is perfect for you.

We have reduced First Visit Induction prices exclusively for those ages 14-18.  (£15 rather than £25).

During the session, you will learn:

What Bouldering is and the benefits

How to safely use the centre

How the grading system works

How to start and finish a climb

Basic technique and tips

After the session, you can register with the centre (please make sure to have a parent or guardian available to sign parental consent forms).

Summer Bouldering Pass – £45

• Unlimited climbing from 22 July 24 – 1 September, for students aged 14-18 and are registered and have parental consent to climb at the centre.
